Callume Information Technology Services (“Callume,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed missed-call text-back services for businesses. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit getcallume.com or use our services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Business and contact information, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, and billing details.
  • Service configuration information, such as business hours, approved message templates, call-handling rules, and support requests.
  • Service activity, such as caller phone numbers, call times, message delivery status, replies, opt-out status, and other records needed to operate and support the service.
  • Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage data.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full payment-card details.

2. How we use information

  • Set up, operate, monitor, secure, and improve Callume.
  • Apply approved eligibility rules and send responses following eligible missed calls.
  • Provide dashboards, customer support, billing, and service notices.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, spam, duplicate messaging, and unauthorized access.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, carrier, and telecommunications requirements.

3. SMS and mobile information

We do not sell or share mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us deliver the requested service, such as telecommunications, hosting, automation, dashboard, support, and payment providers. Those providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and may not use SMS consent data for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing Callume or a participating business’s goods or services.

4. How we share information

We may disclose information to service providers operating on our behalf; to comply with law, legal process, carrier rules, or valid government requests; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Business customers may also request changes to their message settings and retention preferences. SMS recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Children’s privacy

Callume is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The updated date above shows the latest revision. For privacy questions or requests, email support@getcallume.com. Our target response time is within 1 business day.
